SQL Query - Polling Mode

Hello All,
I am trying to pull recipe values based on sql query bindings. I have the Polling Mode set to OFF, and noticed that the query is not updating when the where clause tag values have changed. The query only updates when I open the window. Is there anyway to update the recipe automatically based on the where clause? Do I have to change the polling mode?

Can you show a screenshot of how your binding is configured?

The query is set up on a multi-state indicator, with a style customizer and propertyChange script to write this value back to the PLC
