We are planning on using Ignition for a different option to a “Historian” - They only problem is I see - the customer need the reports on demand and time based to dump from the database to a template excel sheet. I know the reporting module with ignition on dumps to a PDF.
What has some other people done in this case. I found “Navicat Database Admin Tool” - This software looks like it could do what I want and put it in excel. Is there any better options?
