Could future version have forward and reverse keys added under the tag editor general properties, something similar to how Kepware does it. Click on the arrow move to the next tag in the folder.
you may know this already, but you can kind of do this already by clicking on the next tag in the tagbrowser then using the arrow keys on your keyboard. I guess its an extra step though.
