SQL Tags Cause HTTP Flood Mitigation Attack

When I have a screen with SQLTags for display I have found our firewall will turn the connection to the workstation off because of a HTTP Food Mitigation threat. Our firewall has a limit of 600 HTTP requests in a minute.

I have tried changing the scan class on the tags from 1 second to 30 seconds with no change. I also have tried changing the SQL Tag realtime poll on the gateway from 1 second to 60 seconds with no change.

Is there something I can do to decrease the amount of HTTP requests coming from the workstation so the firewall will not turn off the connection?

There is a client poll rate setting for SQLTags that you can try setting to a higher number. By default it is 250 ms which is in charge of how often we want to get changes from the gateway.
