Should the menu items with question marks have something else in its place?

Ah, yeah, that item should say “Edit Notes”. Looks like it’s currently being provided by the Vision module, which I’m guessing you don’t have installed. Should be provided by the platform instead. We’ll fix it.
It’s purely visual, the functionality should still work.
