Static Text in a window

Hello,
Simple question, but difficult to find it in Designer:
How do I add static text to a window?
Not a text output field or input field or even tied to any data, just static text on the screen.

Add a label to the screen.
On the Component Palette under Display tab is Label.
You can bind the text or just type in what you want it to say.

Okay I see it now. I was looking for something in the toolbar (like in most designers/ graphics programs). However, being able to bind sounds really useful.
