Steps to creating an alarm and alarm pipeline

Hello There,
I am pretty new to the world of ignition, so please bear with me…
I am currently running the following platform.

|Ignition Platform|8.0.16 (b2020082513) |**Symbol Factory Module**|6.0.16 (b2020082513)
|Alarm Notification Module|5.0.16 (b2020082513) |**Vision Module**|10.0.16 (b2020082514)
|OPC-UA Module|`8.0.16 (b2020082514)

What I am trying to accomplish is to create the user profile > roster > enable alarm on tags > create an alarms pipeline screen, in addition, active alarms (journal) and alarms history screen.

where can I go or whom can I contact to obtain the steps to create this request?
