Store and Forward with MQTT on 8.1.0 RC3

Hey all,
we are having some difficulty with store and forward using the mqtt protocol with edge and a normal ignition gateway. This module worked fine in the 8.0.16 version of ignition, upgrading to the latest 8.1.0 RC3 seemed to introduce this problem. I have provided our historical based settings from the MQTT engine and transmission modules below. If anyone is currently running store and forward using the MQTT protocol from edge to ignition in the 8.1.0 RC3 version please also let me know.

Transmission on edge has store and forward enabled
