Problem:
Tag is being quarantined as shown below.
The timestamp of the tag shows time in 2014.
Where should I start looking to resolve this issue? What other information can I provide to help. Thank you!
Check that your server system time and the system time on the device you are pulling the data from are the same, or at least within a couple of seconds of each other. In this case I would check the device first.
Ideally both the server and the device should be syncing off the same master clock.
