How to add Moscad CPU Series 420 to STS 14.5 version. What is the pinout on the cable?
It is a MOTOROLA MOSCAD FLN2414B CPU SERIES 420 device.
This CPU needs to be connected to a computer that has Motorola System Tools Suite 14.50 installed.
I made the cable according to the instructions in the manual, but when adding it to the program I got an error. "The RTU type does not support this operation"

This is a configuration error. It has nothing to do with your cable.
It also has nothing to do with Inductive Automation or Ignition. Why are you asking here?
