When trying to access the project through the web browser, it allows me to login but gets stuck at “connecting” with the ignition splash screen. I tried opening a view to make edits, and it also got stuck at “connecting”. What’s going on here? Any ideas?
I don’t know if it applies to your configuration but this can happen when you have a redundancy server that’s not configured correctly.
Break the connection or stop the service on the redundancy server and see if your projects load.
Not sure, but could you have port 8088 open to get to the web browser but have port 8060 blocked?
