Hi Team,
We are experiencing issues with Tags Uncertain errors. Initially, the machine tag was connected to Kepware, and then we connected the Kepware OPC server to our Ignition system.
When the issue occurred, we checked the tag status on the Kepware side, and it showed a Good condition. However, in Ignition, it is displaying an Uncertain error.
Could anyone help us resolve this?

Welcome to the community Ramesh!
Could you provide a little more detail? I am wondering if maybe there is an issue with your OPC Path configuration for that tag. I have found that when you have the uncertain quality like that it is connecting to the Kepware, but the endpoint doesn't exist, but all Ignition really gets is an unknown value at that endpoint.
I am not as familiar with Kepware setup, but sometimes you have to expose endpoints to external systems, so you may check to read/write settings etc.
I would start with making sure you have to right endpoints setup first.
You can try changing the name of the device connection. I encountered the same problem last time, and after changing the name of the device connection, I found that it returned to normal. The specific reason is uncertain. If you have any new discoveries, you can discuss them. At least you can try changing the link name first to see if it can solve the problem
It looks like all of your tags are probably bad/uncertain quality (they're in italics). It looks like you did a drag/drop of tags into Ignition possibly, but I would try the quick OPC client inside the Ignition web interface and see if you can browse/read/subscribe to tags there (if it will let you browse the OPC server - which it should if these are static tags inside Kepware). If they work in the quick OPC client, then compare the OPC item path inside the quick client to your OPC item path on those tags and see if they match. Most likely they don't and that's where you'll have to fix the differences or re-import the tags.
Another possibility is if you're using the trial version of Ignition, your trial may just be expired.
