System Gateway Network

Hi guys,
I have doubts on system gateway network since not sure it is bug or really like that.
Inside the gateway I only show one connection but in Designer it shows 3 folders which two of it is empty. Any solution to remove the empty folder in the system gateway network?

If you restart the gateway they'll go away. Just a minor bookkeeping error on our part.

After restart pc and gateway it still remained.
