Not only messageBox, all of popups available on gui. doesn't launch at the correct screen index if using multi-monitor with the client at fullscreen mode. This have been mentioned before:
but not a solution yet.
Do I have to make additional scripting? and if yes I cant think on a script related with screen index or something that might help...
