You might want to have a tester ring that out. Having to press to assert a new value in a Tab component property is logically inconsistent with asserting a new value in most (if not all) of Ignition’s other component properties.

The Windows, MAC, *nix GUIs do not require the key. Simple test: you can enter your username and to the password. The asserts the username.
