TabStrip Error in Client

Im having the following problem with my client, i created a menu bar in the tabs strip, but every time the client opens the menu bar icons are not correct. there is a image repeated behind all icons, once i move the mouse over the icons the change correctly, and then menu icons look as they supposed to. but this happens every time i publish, and every time i open the client.

photos show the problem. please provide help with this. i have version 7.9.9

there is no scripting in the tabstrip, no binding either. and it happens on client in stage and pusblished mode

so i figured out when this happens,

So tabstrip was send to full transparency, so i was using the background of the root container, for some reason when using. transparency in the tabstrip. the icons on the stip. show that problem.
