I’m wondering if I’m missing something fundamental here - or need to press a “refresh” button or something. Maybe someone can point out what I’m doing sideways. It started out that an alarm I had created wouldn’t trigger the email via the pipeline. I used the test function in the Gateway pipeline config section to prove that it will indeed send me an email. But when I dropped an Alarm journal on a screen - it shows a big blank space for the Active Pipeline, and it also shows that the mode is “Equal” when it is and always has been “Below Setpoint”. At the time of this screenshot, the alarm has been cleared but the change isn’t reflected in the journal either.
There are way too many inconsistencies to enumerate, so I figure that there’s something very basic missing.
Anyone?? Ideas?
