You can't, history has no time-delay settings. You would need to script this yourself if you wanted to do it. You could use system.tag.storeTagHistory to do it
Although, I'm not sure why you would want to add history to an alarm tag, as alarm history should use the alarm journal

If I set alarm delay active,but hisotry record this active value.
Query history chart will see the alarm value,but in fact,I don't want to see the delay active value.
