Tag Browser doesn't show any device or OPC UA server in 8.1.4rc1 for new project

After I install the 8.1.4rc1 and want to start with a new project the Tag Browser doesn’t show any device or OPC UA server in Tag Creator.
Even I can’t add any tag, and selecting the new Tag by right-clicking in the Tags area, doesn’t show the menu.
As it is shown below even IGN OPC UA server doesn’t show up.

But after I restore my old project everything works again.

I think there was no tag provider selected in the tag browser when you experienced these issues.

Actually, there was no tag provider selected by default in the project property in the designer.
I didn’t see this before and I don’t find out why the system, like always didn’t select dafault tag provider.
