Tag Copy Past in UDTs Fails to Copy Tag Config

Hello!

Ignition 8.3.2. When I’m in the Designer UDT Definition Editor editing a UDT I try and copy tags from one sub-folder and paste to another. The tags are created but lose all configuration and appear as newly created tags. The tag name is the only thing retained from the copy/paste. See below for example. The pasted tags should have tag history enabled but do not. None of the other properties are copied either. This used to work in 8.1.

Try the “copy as JSON” option and paste into a text editor to see if all your config is coming through. If it is, try pasting that JSON instead and see if it works for you.

Apologies, I was in the UDT Definition editor, not directly in the tag browser. The Copy JSON option is not available in the UDT Definition Editor.
