Tag creation Siemens S300

Hello,

I am very new to ignition. I have designed a project and connected it to the PLC which is Siemens S300 series. However I am unable to configure the tag I want . For example, I need to take the value from DB251.DBW46.0. However when I write [PLC_name]DB251W46.0 to the tag path, I get error. I checked the siemens manual and tried other syntaxes but does not work still. I think I am missing something but could not figure it out. Could you please help?

With Ignitions OPC-UA driver, you have to use Ignitions item Syntax, so look in the Ignition User Manual.
