Notice how the Tag and OPC browsers are open. I know they are open because they show up when I hover over the taskbar previews. However, as soon as I click in the Designer window, they immediately disappear and there is no way to access them except opening them again, which is troublesome, because they open new instances of the browsers rather than replacing the already open ones.
Is this a bug?
I am currently using v8.1.45
