Tag Group setup

Would this tag group be setup correctly to become true at 7:00am?

Any changes I need to make? Or something different?

Without trying it, I would think it could possibly work. You might want to turn on One-Shot to do a one-time read of all those tags, otherwise it's going to poll those at a 1-second interval for 1 minute.

If the intention is a one time update at 7, then this is a good idea, along with setting the Data Mode to Polled.

h:mm would match at 7am and 7pm fwiw.

Good catch, I overlooked that they're using the 12h time format instead of the 24h time format.
