[Tag Groups] "Is Leased" set to false

Hello.
I’m trying to debug the Tag Groups which have been configured in Leased mode. When I check their Executions counters, they’re still queried every 1 second, even if they’re not on screen.

Why Is Leased columns is set to false?
Am I missing something in the way they’ve been set up?

I know this is an old topic but I was searching for the same info and came across this so I thought I'd start here.

If I have the perspective view open in another window, I expected the Is Leased column to say true - or is that not the way it works?
