Does the EAM Controller have the ability to push/synchronize tag groups across multiple gateways?
If not, what are the best practices for maintaining tag groups consistent on all gateways?

I'm bumping this topic. I need to push a new tag group to ~200 edge devices and can't find any way of doing this over EAM. Anyone have experience with this?
From memory, in the designer, right click on the tag group and there is a option to push tags out to edge devices.

Just double checking that we're talking about the same thing. I am trying to push out the tag groups (on the right of this screenshot), rather than tag folders which you can push out via EAM in designer:
