Tag Historian missing data

Hi everyone,

I have Ignition gateway 8.1.13. Tag history is enabled on tags and works fine for most the tags. But historian is not recording history on some tags while the live value change is displayed in screen. Configuration of tag historian is same for all tags.

I am not able to locate the reason of missing tag history.
I will really appreciate if any one can guide me .

Is the the changing value within your deadband, or getting any data forced into the quarantine on store and forward status page?

Hi Hayden
The value is changing beyond dead band, historian shows that tag is active but not recording any thing.

Have you checked the permissions?

Thank you I have checked the issue was with database connection. A lot of queries are Quarantined.
Working on that
