Tag History not saving and Can't export logs

Our tag history are not saving any data starting from May 1, 2014 – 12PM up to the latest hour today. We confirmed that the tag has good quality and that the device is connected.
We tried enabling/disabling the device and restarted the gateway but still no success.

Attached is the error we see on Console.

We also tried to export the logs but we got this internal server error.

If you can’t call into support you can get the wrapper.log files out of the logs directory wherever Ignition is installed, zip those up, and send them to the support email.
