tags have some kind of delay which are causing a lot of my scripts to break in the initial launch of the page then it goes way, this is very frustrating for the USER/OPERATOR using software.
do you guys have any idea why the tags are acting like this??

– tags flicker then they comeback.
looking at the diagnostics from 7.9 and 8.09 its looks like when you open up a page for the first time it loads all the tags which is fine, but on 7.9 when you close and re-open same page it only loads one tag or one job that changes all values. On 8.09 it seems when you close page and re open same page it will always reload all tags which causes the tag flicker problem.
EXAMPLE: on 7.9
if your page has 8 tags to load when you open your window it will load all 8 tags. if you close and re open window on your diagnostics tool it will say it ran only 1 more Tag Value Change (im not sure if this running one job that update all 8 tags)

this wouldn’t be such an issue if Users didn’t have to swap between windows. but we have a lot of programs that have many windows and many tags
any idea how to fix this or have the tag flicker problem go away?
having the same problem… has there been any improvements going to 8.1?
