I started working with ignition yesterday and I have come a long way since but I have been dealing with this issue all day. I do not know what this means. I assume there is some tag issue but this is part of a datatype with a bunch of different tags so I don’t know if the issue lies there or somewhere else. This might be too broad so if you need more information please let me know. Thanks in advance!
I figured it out. I changed the datatype to match my PLC and didn’t realize there was an overlay animation tag that I forgot to change over to the new datatype tags.
For future reference, right-click and select Diagnostics will usually direct you to the part that is causing the bad quality overlay. See tag quality overlays section of manual for more details on the quality values and graphic overlays.
