So this is an OPC path from a demo project? What's the question, you just want to know what it's doing?
There is a parameter named MotorNumber. Then in the PLC, in this case a ControlLogix, there are tags like Global.M1.AMPS. Assuming there was a motor 10, you would enter 10 in the parameter.

In My case control logix device is not available in my Gateway Device configuration and all simulators are visible and i can identify them but physical PLC was not configured.

I don't know what demo you are referring to, but I'm basing things from the name of the tag provider, CLX. That is typically the abbreviation for ControlLogix. It could be simulation, or really anything.
