Tag Quality Issue

We are running 7.5.2.

Periodically, I have tags that indicate quality issues.

I think it may be caused by the PLC being powered down and restarted. Some tags on the PLC are ok, but others have issues.

If I disable and then enable the device in Configure->OPC-UA->Devices, the quality problem is gone.

Any ideas regarding what might be wrong?

What driver is this happening with? If you don’t restart the device while the tags are bad do they eventually come back? Is there anything going on in the logs while the quality is bad?

The drivers are CompactLogix and MicroLogix. At least that’s what I see now.

All the tags coming from them were not bad, just some of them.

I disabled and enabled and everything came back.

I check into the logs.
