I am curious is there something I am missing are is the below a little confusing?
My main question is
Is there a way to look up the History Deadband Mode value using the tag report tool?
Overview:
I have a task where I need to check several aspects:
- Deadband Mode
- History Enabled
- Storage Provider
- Overrides
What I noticed is that History Enabled is both a trait and property. This one is not too bad due to I can just be carful on selecting property and not trait. It looks confusing on the tag report tool because the header does not saywhich is a trait and which is a property.
Overrides is the property but Overrides Parent Properties is the trait which to me is a little misleading. Yet, just being sure we select the property and not the trait is the way to handle this.
The bigger issue is Deadband Mode
Deadband Mode is on both on the Numeric AND History section, but it looks like on tag report tool's output I am only getting the Numeric and I can not seem to find the History section for this property.
Example:
Visual of the headers for each above statement(took out the values for privacy. Just headers provided)
For History Enabled enabled I would need to go back and manually look.
