Tag value changes on gateway restart - issue with decimal format

Hello,

We experienced some unusual behavior of the tags value because of the apparent decimal format (type float).

For example: value of our tag is 0.19479166, after the gateway restarts, value of the tag is changed to 19,479,166.0.
We assume that the problem is in decimal format, yet we were unable to correct it. Please see the attached picture.

Hi Thomas.hauptman,

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue on my end. Could you send me a gateway backup with the project that you are seeing the issue on?
