Tags infinite loading

More then 15 minutes see this [attachment=0]screenshot.jpg[/attachment]
After restarting Ignition Gateway service, after rebooting server still same result.
Interesting, that the tags in the windows still working. But in Tags tree see loading all the time. Can’t adding folders and tags.
What the nonsence???

It is very important project, near 20000 tags. Need quick answer! Please, help!

which version of ignition and how many tags do you have?

Ignition version 7.6.4, near 20000 tags. Today and previous days all working fine. But ~30 min ago has this problem.

Hi,

While it’s doing this, could you go to the gateway, log in, go to Console>Threads, and then click the “download thread dump” button? Take that file and attach it here, it should show us what it’s blocked on.

Are you using a Compactlogix?
I had similar issue when gateway performed back up of SQLtags.
Had to turn off auto browse and increase concurrent connections in Compactlogix driver settings to 6
