[TAGs] Unknown last value

Hello there,
i have a big problem with tags when i plug the ETH cable after the client is already started.
Those tags have an overlay that says “unknown last value” (see img)

The PLC is properly connected and working, i ping it as well (tags were working before).

I’m unable to come out from this situation event if i try to restart the tag provider.
Is there anything i can do? What could cause this problem? I’m using Rockwell direct driver, no opc involved.

Ignition v.8.0.16
OS Windows 10 pro 64bit

UPDATE:

I tried to shutdown the PC, restart etc…and i found that by stopping/starting the gateway using .bat files in programs folder takes ignition back to normality.

What’s happening? Why should i stop/start the service?
