We need to detect communications loss with TCP/IP devices.
Now we are using TCP Driver for all the devices, but the "Is Connected" tag still return true.
what can we do to be sure that when we will disconnect the device from the network the "Is Connected" tag will change his value to false?

Ok, for starters make sure you are on the latest 7.9.
Is the "inactivity timeout" setting set to something non-zero? When the connection is lost, is it "clean"; i.e. does the other side send a TCP FIN?

The "inactivity timeout" setting set to 5000ms,
When the connection is lost the tag not getting cleared and the tag value still true.
You may need to work with support to see if there's anything they can find or do.
Since this is 7.9 and it is well into EOL there will be no bug fixes or updates regardless of the outcome.
