The CAL notification emails for 6/13/25 did not go out for any line

when the CAL techs get a CAL, they are to fill out a form and once that's filled out, they click a save button and a handful of people get notified about the CAL. Well, the notification system isn't working and hasn't been working since last Friday June 13th.

How do you know it is an Ignition issue?

Wasn't there a huge cloudlflare outage last week? Could have affected this maybe, I know a lot of internet services went down for a bit

but still, they are not receiving any email notifications. what would be the issue now?

I am not sure whether it would be the Ignition nor other.
