The signature process for third party module fails

I tried to sign a module we recently developed. The procedure described here (https://docs.inductiveautomation.com/display/SE/Module+Signing) is completed successfully. However, when trying to install the module in Ignition 7.8.2, I get an error message saying that “Ignition module signature not present”. Can someone help me?

The third-party signing support starts in versions 7.7.8, 7.8.3, and all of 7.9. You’ll have to upgrade to a newer version of Ignition.
