I saw a similar issue to this when using the perspective alarm table. It turned out to be a backend js-react issue on the re-scaling of the screen. I had the basis of the component set to 100% and it was fixed by setting it to 99%. Not sure if this is your issue but take a look at that.
One of the cases is when your time series chart is in zoom mode and you are playing with the range selector.
