Hello i am trying to get data on the time series chart via the direct tag binding but however it doesn’t seem to be showing any value at any time interval? please can anyone help me or recommend me what are some troubleshooting methods or properties i can try? thanks

There’s a long list of things to check in order to figure out what might be going wrong here. I would suggest getting in contact with Support so that they can remote in and take a look at your setup.
