I do not know why I am having so much trouble with this, but I cannot figure out what timezone the transaction scheduler is using. It is not UTC, it is not my Gateway Timezone, it is not my Client timezone and the next execution is reported in CST (which is not the Gateway or Client timezone). I am trying to schedule a transaction 8am-5pm hourly for Shanghai timezone.
Okay, nevermind I am an idiot. It is in Gateway timezone. I did not know that CST was both Central Standard Time, and China Standard time.
