Touchscreen With Integrated Browser For Perspective

Hi,

I’m looking for a 10" touchscreen that has an integrated browser, so when it boots up it can automatically start the browser and connect to the Ignition server running perspective. Has anyone used anything like this before?
I found the Elo 10-inch I-Series with android that might do the trick, but if someone has used something and managed to get it working can you let me know?

I investigated a few and found the Zebra X10 the best. Expensive, but works.

Also tried a rugged Android tablet and it could barely render our Perspective pages.
Curious to see what others might recommend.
