I have an application which requires raw material receiving into one of several storage locations. The raw material is then removed and put on a production line (one point) and when completed put into a WIP area (another point).
My question is, how many tracking points are required for raw material receiving and storage? Do I need a tracking point for each storage location (e.g. bay 1, bay 2, etc) and one for receiving or would all this be covered by one point?
