Transaction group storing float values in SQL database?

Is there a way to format the float value (example 35.6) to be stored in the database as 36.60?

In my report table I don’t find a property to format the cell like #.##/0.00

There is a property on each cell called Number Format. I think that’s what you’re looking for.
