Are there any known problems of Transaction Groups getting reset automatically in a live project where the connected PLC are active.In case there are known problems, please advise a solution.
If using a trigger on value, take the data quality of the value into account.

Yes.At times tag data doesn’t reflecting MSSQL Database.
Then you will need to give some more information about what is going on. As a rule, the more information you can provide, the better the answers become. Be verbose.
