Translation issue

I have a V7.9.9 install with English to French translation enabled. I have found that any component that has a title in the border is hit or miss with the translation.

This one works:

This one does not, word Runs does not translate:

Good morning. In 8.0.12 Ignition versiob, seens to be a problem with the translation.
This is the configuration applied:

And in the client, you can see that the translation isn’t working:

What could be the problem?
