Translation Management from Vision client

There is a need for us to create the application in English
The translation for each specific terms will be done by the users from the client.
Using the system functions
system.util.modifyTranslation
system.util.translate
I can do the job, but one term at a time.

Is there a way to bring all the translations in the application to a table ?
Or Is there a way to download / Upload the XML of translations from client ?

Translating project

I had been working this up on and off (mostly off) for a few months. This works with XML exports of the Translation Manager, and will handle multiple locales at once. You will need a Microsoft Azure account, but the free version is, as of this writing, 2 million characters per month.
