Trouble opening client

Viewing the attached error message, can you tell me why this client won’t launch the project or designer? We have tried it with IE9, Firefox and Chrome. And the problem only exists on this PC.

It seems the cache is not updating correctly. Try deleting the .ignition folder in C:\Users\Username or C:\Documents and Settings\Username and try launching again.
