TTS Italian gatway 8.1.24

Hello everyone,

I need to download the Italian TTS module for Ignition 8.1.24.According to the official documentation, the download should be available from the following page:

https://support.inductiveautomation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047599091-Voice-Notification-Downloads-for-Ignition-7-X-8-0-8-1-X

I have logged in successfully and I am able to download all the other language packages without any issues. However, when I try to download the Italian resource, I receive the following error message:

<Message>Access Denied</Message>

</Error>

Has anyone experienced the same issue?
