Hello there.
I am managing a simple system that is supposed to send SMS to the operator when specific alarms are triggered.
I have successfully installed the Twilio module, I have a twilio account etc..
the problem I am having is pass the Twilio campaign acceptance. I tried to describe as best as I could the scope of the campaign and set some sample alert txt that will be going out... but still i cant pass the A2P 10DLC Campaign Approval Requirements... I was wondering if anyone had the same issue and how did u fix it !
I've done this a couple times with clients and never had any issues. All have been Low Volume Mixed.
Here's some screenshots of one the campaign's information (with minor redactions):
Thanks for the information. That is exactly what i am trying to accomplish.
How long ago did u submit the last campaign ? I know that the rules have changed recently
This one was from was earlier this year.
last question... are u using a full phone number or a short one.
Just normal full ones.
We always get an area code that matches the plant, + the right caller ID location if possible.
Hey i know this was a couple months ago. But I just tried doing this with the same prompt that you did and got rejected. with this error "The campaign submission has been reviewed and rejected due to issues verifying the Call to Action (CTA) provided for the campaign.

have you ever gotten this or has anyone gotten around this issue
Nope. I end up canceling the account. It’s almost ridiculous that whoever reviews these applications at twiilio doesn’t understand the scope…. They see this from marketing point of view and avoids soliciting txt messages… for them it’s not possible that a system can send txt as alarms!!!
If u find a way around.. pls.
Another frustrating issue was that u can’t get to talk to anyone in customer server to explain
